We came as a party of 4 on Memorial Day Monday. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait, it was actually about 5 minutes. We were promptly seated. My wife and I ordered mixed drinks and they were good, not watered down like some places in the area. My wife and I ordered the specials for today (grilled mahi for her, grilled tripletail for me), my kids ordered chicken tenders, and Alfredo pasta. Our specials were grilled and seasoned to perfection, my oldest said the chicken tenders were moist and tender, my youngest didn't really care for the Alfredo. We asked our waiter Riley if he could take it back and put some marina sauce on it. He offered to take it back in the kitchen and get a new Mariana pasta instead of just trying to dress the original pasta up. He was attentive on drinks, talking about the specials and making sure our kids had a good meal that they enjoyed. With excellent service like that on top of the food quality, we will definitely be coming back more often.

We’ve been going to Goatfeathers every time we go to Destin for vacation. From the first time we dined there, it has never failed us when it comes to quality of food, the price and service. Yesterday, we had lunch there and Riley, our waiter, was very welcoming and attentive to us. He made the initiative to serve us our waters even before we ordered, checked on us often and made sure our food was to our liking. The food also arrived fast and hot. The portions were immense and the taste was so scrumptious and divine. Overall, for the quality of food, service and the price this place is incomparable. Goatfeathers is one of Santa Rosa’s shining gems.
